ABSTRACT
Abstract With new telecommunications engineering applications, the cognitive radio (CR) network‐based internet of things (IoT) resolves bandwidth problem and spectrum problem. However, CR‐IoT routing method sometimes presents issues in terms road finding, resource diversity mobility. This study an upgradable cross‐layer protocol based on to improve efficiency optimize data transmission a reconfigurable network. In this context, system is developing distributed controller which designed with multiple activities, including load balancing, neighbourhood sensing machine‐learning path construction. The proposed approach network traffic various other metrics energy efficiency, capacity interference, average 2 bps/Hz/W. trials are carried out conventional models, demonstrating residual scalability robustness CR‐IoT.
