ABSTRACT
With modern power utilities going green by utilising renewable energy technologies and the development of smart grid, high-voltage direct current (HVDC) become more important in transmission. In particular, HVDC cable systems play a prominent role undersea transmission offshore integration. As an essential part complete system, termination is one most critical components.
