ABSTRACT
A beam‐switching antenna for millimetre‐wave applications at 30 GHz is presented in this study. The radiation reconfigurability a cylindrical dielectric resonator (DRA) obtained by using cantilever‐enabled frequency selective surface (FSS). proposed FSS provides reconfigurable bandpass and band‐stop performance with good isolation between them. investigation of designed performed electromagnetic simulation an array the unit cell fabricated measured free‐space measurement method, which shows agreement results. Finally, six panels 1 × 5 are arranged hexagonal configuration around DRA to obtain pattern azimuth plane. prototype switching patterns GHz.
