ABSTRACT
A novel algorithm has been proposed for joint time delay and frequency estimation of sinusoidal signals received at multiple separated sensors. The problem is linked to a trilinear model. Exploiting this link, it derives decomposition-based method algorithm. simulation results reveal that the performance close Cramer–Rao lower bound, even supports small sample sizes.
