ABSTRACT
Effective detection of low observable moving target at sea is important for remote sensing and radar signal processing. The non‐Gaussian property clutter lack accurate model make the difficult statistics based detectors. Also fractal techniques in time domain cannot achieve high probability heavy clutter. To help solve problems, characteristics IPIX datasets fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) are analysed making use fluctuation FRFT amplitudes algorithms proposed on domain. Firstly, established with Brownian motion two judgment extraction methods employed calculating It found that different polarisations exhibit behaviours domain, is, self‐similarity property, within its corresponding scale‐invariant interval. Then, we find four specific best can provide valuable information developing simple effective Finally, traditional amplitude detector Hurst exponent compared results prove superior ability without complex computations.
