ABSTRACT
Co-located multiple input output (MIMO) radar is one kind of new style radar, whose transmitting waveforms each sub-array are orthogonal to other. Compared with phased array its beam width wider. Therefore, different targets may be illuminated simultaneously in co-located MIMO radar. An adaptive resource management tracking for proposed, where the number, set and waveform system can controlled. The optimal parameters chosen according a cost function that takes both desired precision consumed energy into consideration. Simulation results demonstrate effectiveness algorithm. Using algorithm, achieve less compared
