ABSTRACT
Parameters for sample introduction, dried reagents dissolution and mixing with bienzyme system NAD(H):FMN‐oxidoreductase luciferase immobilised in microfluidic chip were successfully determined. Numerical simulations of reaction chamber geometry, flavin mononucleotide (FMN) escape from starch gel options conducted to achieve higher sensitivity bioluminescent reaction. Results numerical verified experimentally. The active mixer was made an electro‐mechanical speaker's membrane which connected the input chip. Such a provided better efficiency than passive mixing, it is simple enough use point‐of‐care devices any systems based on enzymes chips.
