Pueraria candollei (White Kwao Khuer) is a medicinal plant containing puerarin, daidzin, genistin, daidzein, and genistein as major isoflavonoids used for its rejuvenating estrogenic effects. In order to analyze these compounds, single enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) total was developed using anti-puerarin anti-daidzin polyclonal antibodies (PAbs).
