A total 38 patients with isolated complete ligament rupture underwent via two different methods using hamstring autografts. Patients were evaluated terms range motion values, Lysholm scores, laxity testing, complications. Average flexion 136.53 ± 6.9 degrees group 126.32 4.9 (p < 0.001). Mean score 82.42 8.5 88.68 9.4 0.022). There no significance between groups testing complication rates. In early postoperative period, satisfactory comparable results achieved system when compared cross-pin reconstruction.
