Abstract: In this study we have attempted to classify the acceleration signal, while walking both at horizontal level, and upstairs downstairs, using wavelet analysis. The signal close body’s center of gravity was measured subjects walked in a corridor up down stairway. data for four steps were analyzed Daubecies 3 transform applied sequential data. variables be discriminated waveforms related levels -4 -5. sum square values each step compared Downstairs could from other types walking, showing largest value level Walking with -4.
