ABSTRACT
In this study, we have analyzed the chemical composition and antiproliferative activity of propolis from three different arid semiarid regions Sonora, Mexico. We identified quantitated main constituents by HPLC-MS. The most abundant were pinocembrin, pinobanksin 3-acetate, chrysin. Sonoran had a strong on both murine human cancer cell lines in concentration-dependent manner. CAPE, galangin, xanthomicrol chrysin showed significant cells tested. DNA harvested cultures treated with exhibited ladder internucleosomal cleavage characteristic apoptosis. summary, propolis. These samples possess lines.
