ABSTRACT
Most software projects take place in a volatile environment which many dangers exist that may affect the successful outcome of project. After completion project an evaluation show problems encountered during could have been foreseen before they actually occurred. Risk management is approach aimed at predicting occurrence this type problem and taking counter measures to either prevent them from affecting or soften their impact. In paper basic activities related risk are described. Furthermore concrete method supporting presented. This has used successfully practice. Some results obtained by using it presented on basis five cases. conclusions that: (1) use short structured checklist will ease identification discussions about risks, (2) explicit made group approach, involving all parties, increase reliability acceptance results, (3) involvement neutral process advisor further both results.
