ABSTRACT
Abstract We contend that the Uppsala internationalisation process (IP) Model offers basis, yet unrealised, for a theory of growth internationalising firm. From Model’s origins, particularly in Penrosean theory, we develop this potential by offering extension explicates organisational changes within firm required to sustain international growth. This repositioning distinguishes us from previous attempts amend, supplant or extend IP Model.
