ABSTRACT
Plastic waste is a non-biodegradable material that poses challenges for easy disposal and can lead to environmental hazards. In this study, plastics were added 80/100 bitumen at weight ratio of 0%–1.5%, several tests conducted evaluate the performance modified bitumen, including softening point, ductility, flash fire points, penetration grade tests. The results showed ductility value decreased significantly when plastic content exceeded 0.5% by bitumen. Therefore, it was recommended optimal amount in should be equal or less than maintain required flexible pavement construction. To test practical application pothole on road repaired using with content, satisfactory performance.
