ABSTRACT
A method to calculate structural functionality for building structures based on natural frequency was proposed seismic loading events. Structural loss and recovery were determined by monitoring the change of during earthquake events or repair activities. shape factor introduced, function (SFRF), consider strategy speed. As an example, this applied obtain curve resilience a half scale two-story reinforced concrete (RC) frame structure. This structure subjected series ground motions shake table then repaired carbon fiber cloth total four times. The results indicate that SFRF is able capture trend in process. Meanwhile, damage index-repair target (DI-RT) curve, representing 5% difference between traditional SFRFs, used investigate impact degree target. areas above indicates SFRFs cannot be ignored.
