Determinant Factors of Villagers’ Willingness to Withdraw from Rural Homesteads in Differentiation Perspective: Evidence from Puning City in South China

To alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of urban rural construction land improve utilization efficiency homesteads, state has issued policies to guide villagers withdrawing their homestead with subsidies or compensation. Previous studies have found that differentiation is one critical factor in villagers' withdrawal from but how affects not well interpreted. explore examine mechanism, this paper identified condensed influence factors willingness withdraw homesteads perspective differentiation, taking Kuikeng Village Puning City, China, as an example. The results indicated that: (1) a significant impact on higher income level, lower homesteads; (2) health status villagers, whether they are willing change identity, confirmation rights, holding period property understanding exit policy positively correlated (3) psychosocial characteristics, government characteristics withdrawal. It important realize rational use.
