ABSTRACT
In this article a numerical method for an electrical data treatment which is aimed to define the key parameters monitoring thermal and chemical properties of gas discharges, in particular dielectric barrier discharges presented. Numerous characterize discharges: pulses onset voltage, pulse number, height, width, power injected discharge cell, etc. Our using Matlab® allows us get such data, as shown present point-to-plane discharge. Moreover it shows how separation between different components current signals remaining after elimination capacitive component can be obtained. Much attention paid, particular, impulsive (streamers Trichel components) on nonimpulsive ones constituting what we call pseudocontinuous components, generally ignored literature. So four categories charges are considered: positive voltage alternation, positive-pulse charge (Qimp+) (Qcont+) negative negative-pulse (Qimp−) (Qcont−). The also intends show main (current power) determined by ways select best way representative measurements every situation.
