ABSTRACT
Ultraprecise fabrication of three-dimensional (3D) microstructures comes up to be one the most important issues in two-photon induced photopolymerization. To date, it has been difficult fabricate 3D without any deformation due surface tension between a rinsing material and solidified during developing process: In general, significantly affects precision resulting microstructures. overcome this problem, authors propose simple effective laser scanning method reinforce strength loss precision. Overall, complex artistic sculpture such as “The Thinker” was reproduced controlled ultraprecise form, which shows that proposed enables patterns with dramatically improved stability.
