ABSTRACT
The use of a multiplexing readout for an array bolometers simplifies the electronics and wiring, so making large arrays (>100) feasible. Here we describe time domain technique its performance based on quantum-point-contact high-electron-mobility-transistors as low temperature (to ∼100 mK) switches measuring high impedance (5…70 MΩ) resistances sensors. presented system is well matched to ground millimetric astronomy demands.
