ABSTRACT
LiveLink for COMSOL is a tool that integrates Multiphysics with MATLAB to extend one's modeling scripting programming in the environment. It allows user utilize full power of and its toolboxes preprocessing, model manipulation, post processing. At first, head script launches defines initial value all parameters, refers objective function J described creates runs defined optimization task. Once task launches, being called iteration loop (from environment by use API interface), changing parameters so minimized, using fmincon find local or global minimum constrained linear nonlinear multivariable function. found, it returns exit flag, terminates optimized values parameters. The cooperation via enhances powerful computational complex multiphysics simulations. paper will introduce chosen case studies field technical cybernetics bioengineering.
