ABSTRACT
For VO2-based smart window manufacture, it is a long-standing demand for high-quality thin films deposited at low temperature. Here, the thermochromic of VO2 were by magnetron sputtering method fairly temperature 250 °C without subsequent annealing embedding V2O3 interlayer. acts as seed layer to lower depositing and buffer epitaxial grow film. The VO2/V2O3 display high solar modulating ability narrow hysteresis loop. Our data can serve promising point industrial production with degree crystallinity
