Nowadays, the test methods of digital metering system in smart substation are used to and evaluate performance a single device, but these can only effectively guarantee accuracy reliability measurement results device run, it does not completely reflect when each constitutes complete system. This paper introduced shortages existing methods. A system-level method was proposed, feasibility proved by actual test.
