ABSTRACT
The light-induced synaptic transistors, with their large-scale and cost-effective benefits, hold significant promise for advancing neuromorphic electronics. In this work, we propose a hybrid phototransistor channel layer composed of C8-BTBT PM6. This device exhibits an extended optical response range in comparison to pure transistors. addition, the shows excellent plasticity under red, green, blue light stimuli, potential tuning through dosage pulse duration. study further confirms consistent performance reliable operation. Moreover, show that type can be fabricated into array write letters “C”, “S”, “U” store information. These experimental results responsiveness storage our devices suggesting promising applications artificial vision.
