ABSTRACT
Refrigerant injection techniques are usually proposed to improve the performance and reliability of compressors when a single-screw compressor applied an air-source heat pump works at low temperatures in winter. In this study, experimental study was conducted present comparison under liquid, vapor, liquid–vapor refrigerant evaporation between −19 −8 °C. The results indicate that, temperature decreases from °C, heating capacity vapor increases by 16.7% 12.7%, respectively, compared with that liquid COPh increment is, 11.23% 39.21% 17.18% 30.82% injection. Therefore, method is conducive operation lower ambient temperature. can provide basis for future design pumps.
