Voronoi diagrams metallic mesh for transparent EMI shielding

ABSTRACT
Recently, the transparent electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding film, which is optical transparent, conductive, and EMI shielding, widely employed in fields of display, solar cell, so on. Here, we utilized Voronoi diagram randomized metallic mesh 3D printing technology to achieve on curved surface. For metal grid based diagram, one can realize highly homogeneous light transmission, with that performance superior regular random quadrilateral mesh. The designed meshes were fabricated using aerosol jet (AJ) technology, needs no mask patterns surfaces. a 40 × mm2 planar plano–convex lens diameter 10 mm crown height 3.7 mm. We investigated transmittance also imaging grid. Furthermore, analyzed characteristics grids Ku-band (12–18 GHz) by vector network analyzer, higher than 23 dB.
