ABSTRACT
To study the role of ABA in development and ripening strawberry fruit, two key synthetase genes FaNCED1, FaNCED2 one degradation enzyme gene FaCYP707A1 were cloned from cultivar ‘Ablion’. The three putative amino acid sequences, respectively, had high similarities with their homologues other plants. In pulp, expression rose stages that corresponded increases levels. FaNCED1 was much lower increased continually. as fruit changed bright green to white, then decreased it ripened. Auxin reduced these genes. Analysis different organs tissues showed abundant mature achenes pulp (receptacle) FaCYP707A1. may play a regulation ripening. content regulated by its NCED2 CYP707A1.
