ABSTRACT
Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase-phosphodiesterase 3 (ENPP3), a protein detected in the human uterus, has been found to play an important role development and invasion of tumours. It was recently discovered that ENPP3 upregulated during window implantation endometrium but its functional relevance remains elusive. The objective determine expression roles endometrial receptivity embryo implantation. analysed using immunohistochemistry western blot assay. effects on were evaluated BeWo cell (a choriocarcinoma line) spheroid attachment assay cells dual cultured with Ishikawa transfected lentiviral vectors (LV5-NC or LV5-ENPP3) mimic Transwell model. factors related also determined. results showed expressed epithelial levels changed menstrual cycle, peaking mid-secretory phase, corresponding time overexpression not only increased rate had positive cells. indicate undergo cyclic changes affect adhesion via altering endometrium. Therefore, may be unique biomarker receptivity.
