ABSTRACT
The interactions between proteins, DNA, and RNA in living cells constitute molecular networks that govern various cellular functions. To investigate the global dynamical properties stabilities of such networks, we studied cell-cycle regulatory network budding yeast. With use a simple model, it was demonstrated is extremely stable robust for its function. biological stationary state, G 1 attractor dynamics. pathway, sequence protein states, globally attracting trajectory These are largely preserved with respect to small perturbations network. results suggest robustly designed their
