ABSTRACT
When ligands and receptors are both attached on surfaces, because of the restriction configurational freedom, their recognition kinetics may be substantially reduced as compared with freely diffusing species. In nature, this reduction influence efficiency capture adhesion circulating cells. Here we show that similar consequences observed for colloids grafted biomolecules used probes diagnostics. We exploit Brownian magnetic self-assemble into linear chains to also resulting one-dimensional confinement considerably accelerates rate between ligands. propose significantly augments colliding frequency, it causes a large increase in attempt frequency recognition. This work gives basis rapid, homogeneous, highly sensitive bioanalysis method.
