ABSTRACT
Significance There is increasing evidence that previously considered core constituents of multi-subunit complexes involved in RNA processing play regulatory rather than passive roles the control gene expression, but specific signaling pathways which they participate are not known. Here we show SM-like ( LSM ) genes, encode components spliceosome, regulated by circadian clock and function plants mammals, revealing convergent evolutionary mechanisms mediating posttranscriptional regulation networks across kingdoms.
