ABSTRACT
Significance Lipid vesicles such as liposomes are widely present in biological systems and drug delivery applications. Numerous studies have focused on their roles intercellular communication, signaling, trafficking. Little is known, however, about the correlation between temperature transport rate of these media. Here, we report a temperature- rigidity-mediated rapid mechanism by which attain optimal diffusivity near phase transition temperature. Remarkably, with around body observed to overcome multiple barriers show substantial improvement efficacy.
