ABSTRACT
Abstract Eleven isolates within four species of the entomogenous fungus Aschersonia from China, USA, Japan, Philippines, Malaysia and Columbia were characterized using 17 RAPD primers. Genetic diversity among these strains was found. The clustering results showed that genetic variability interspecies more than intraspecies . In constructed phylogenetic tree, not clustered according to their geographic origins or hosts. Furthermore, sequences divergent domain at 5′-end large subunit (LSU) in nuclear rRNA mitosporic fungi employed analyse relationships 11 isolates. shown tree almost consistent with morphological study. Different isolated different could be clearly distinguished tree. But there no close same family order insect indicated isolate Aa , belonging A. aleyrodis as 992 3.4485. Moreover, analyses those LSU rDNA analysis for tested, which consequently indicates both methods can independently applied classification identification
