ABSTRACT
Based on the Job Demand-Resource theory, this study explores relationship between technostress and turnover intention focusing mediating role of work engagement moderating leader competency. Three-wave survey data were collected from 634 Chinese real estate agents who in an industry characterized by both heavy reliance information communication technology concerning level rate. The results indicated that is positively related to mediated engagement. Moreover, competency attenuated influence indirect effect through Theoretical practical implications are discussed.
