ABSTRACT
The design efficiency of the technological equipment determines product development cycle, and its scheme relies mainly on experience designer. This study proposes a rapid method for intelligent configuration fixture bill material (BOM) structures based machine learning. Firstly, technical support CAD system are introduced, which consists model route planning required design. Secondly, process is established through model-based definition (MBD). angle cosine algorithm n-dimensional vector used to calculate similarity between new library model, intelligently infer best similar model. Then, virtual assembly BOM structure case transformed into 3D configurable structure. Based above models, automatically configured with Finally, corresponding was developed verified study, results show that proposed can improve resource utilization efficiency.
