Learning from clinical supervision – a qualitative study of undergraduate medical students’ experiences

ABSTRACT
Clinical supervision is necessary to ensure students' learning and patient safety. There limited research on how medical actions play into the dynamic of from clinical supervision. We aimed explore undergraduate experiences with supervision, focusing interactions.A qualitative study using semi-structured interviews students at two English four Norwegian universities. The main topics were what felt helped them learn, they acted.
