ABSTRACT
Breast cancer is malignant tumours in women. A large amount of data analysis shows that Metformin has been shown to play a significance role reducing the risk breast cancer, but mechanism remains unclear. The hippo signalling pathway can be involved formation, metastasis and recurrence cancer. When YAP/TAZ activated, cells overcome contact inhibition enter state uncontrolled proliferation. Therefore, considered potential therapeutic target for Eighty patients, forty cases triple-negative HER-2+, were included this study. In vitro vivo experiments used confirm axis was effects metformin on EMT plays an important including chemoresistance tumour metastasis. Our results confirmed YAP could modulate activity EMT, which turn altered resistance. MET inhibit by expression YAP, finally achieve effect findings support as novel inhibitor potentially drug.
