Banana production is an agricultural activity that requires intensive use of water. Its increasing demand brings about not only risks water scarcity in banana-producing farms but also management challenges for the farm workers. Thus, understanding association practices with banana workers' knowledge, attitude, and crucial. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a scale assess relationship among attitudes, – KAP workers regarding associated factors. A cross-sectional descriptive was conducted on three Urabá region, Colombia. The showed excellent psychometric properties dimensions knowledge attitude. Scores indicated have satisfactory level attitude practice.
