ABSTRACT
Circular RNAs (circRNAs), a new class of non-coding RNAs, have been recently confirmed to regulate cell development, functions and certain types pathological responses. In addition, it has proved that circ_0000190 can serve as tumor suppressor in several cancers. However, the underlying mechanism biological cervical cancer (CC) remain be revealed. our study, relative expression indicated molecules was detected by RT-qPCR analysis. Loss-of-function gain-of-function experiments were conducted detect functions. Mechanism including RIP assay, luciferase reporter assay pull down applied verify interaction among molecules. Overexpressed attenuated CC progression vitro vivo. Circ_0000190 functioned through modulation miR-1252-5p/EIF4EBP2 axis. Rescue found miR-1252-5p overexpression or EIF4EBP2 knockdown could reverse influence on cells caused overexpression. Interestingly, bind proto-oncogene eIF4E prevent from forming into complex functioning. served down-regulated weaken binding ability thus leading tumorigenesis. investigation, novel suppressive gene recognized, which treated promising biomarker for diagnosis CC.
