ABSTRACT
Background: Childhood maltreatment (CM) is higher among welfare- and justice-involved youth than in those not involved these systems, which increases the risk of depression post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). However, mechanisms underlying link between CM two psychiatric conditions are less well understood at-risk populations low- middle-income countries.
