ABSTRACT
Natural Killer (NK) cells are important components of the immune system in defense against tumor growth and metastasis. They release exosomes containing proteins nucleic acids, including microRNAs (miRNAs). NK-derived play a role anti-tumor NK cell function since they able to recognize kill cancer cells. However, involvement exosomal miRNAs is poorly understood. In this study, we explored miRNA content by microarray as compared their cellular counterparts. The expression selected lytic potential childhood B acute lymphoblastic leukemia after co-cultures with pancreatic were also evaluated. We identified small subset miRNAs, miR-16-5p, miR-342-3p, miR-24-3p, miR-92a-3p let-7b-5p that highly expressed exosomes. Moreover, provide evidence efficiently increase induce inhibition proliferation targeting cycle regulator CDK6. Let-7b-5p transfer could represent novel mechanism which counteract growth. both cytolytic activity reduced upon co-culture Alteration cargo exosomes, together cytotoxic activity, another strategy exerted evade response. Our study provides new information on molecular mechanisms used exert anti-tumor-activity offers clues integrate treatments
