ABSTRACT
Reports of ectopic gestation after failure emergency contraceptive pills have thus far been rare, although the use various types is becoming more and popular world-wide. We report two cases following levonorgestrel as over-the-counter pills. The women personally purchased at a drugstore took them routinely. Clinicians should be aware possibility an when pill fails. recommend to full established service networks enhance education dissemination information on contraception. Additionally, health providers advise very clearly that, if treatment fails, pregnancy could occur, including gestation.
