ABSTRACT
Rabbits primarily stimulated with a BSA (bovine serum albumin)-sulfanilic acid complex will produce good secondary response to the sulfanilic hapten if carrier used in stimulus is again BSA, and not HGG (human gamma globulin). In latter situation, obtained, however, rabbits are pretreated few weeks earlier free HGG. We conclude that immune involves recognition of determinants unrelated hapten. As receptors for probably situated on different cells, we suggest leading antibody formation requires interaction two antigen-bridged cells.
