Abstract Many woman have low back pain and sacral during pregnancy in the postpartum period. The is most often caused by mechanical compression of soft tissues ligaments pelvis. It rare for a fracture to cause or immediately after birth. Few cases period been reported date. Here, we describe imaging features associated with radicular symptoms who had just delivered her first child.
