ABSTRACT
Background: During October 2016 through May 2018, a learning community was convened to focus on policies and programs increase access the full range of contraceptive options for women reproductive age. The Increasing Access Contraception (IAC) Learning Community included 27 jurisdictions, with teams from each jurisdiction consisting state health department leaders, program staff, provider champions. At kick-off meeting, created action plans that outlined their goals. Methods: We contacted jurisdictions during May-June 2019, 1 year after ended, invited them complete post-assessment goal achievement sustainment semi-structured interviews over telephone or via email. Results: Follow-up information collected 26 (96%) participated in community. these had 79 total time closing meeting 35 goals (44%) been achieved. Three achieved all by close later, were sustaining efforts 69 (87%) In every jurisdiction, work at least one originated sustained. Conclusions: IAC continued plan formal closure community, indicating sustainability activities, beyond what accomplished participation.
