ABSTRACT
Summary: Skyline is a Windows client application for targeted proteomics method creation and quantitative data analysis. The document model contains extensive mass spectrometry from experiments performed using selected reaction monitoring, parallel monitoring data-independent data-dependent acquisition methods. Researchers have developed software tools that perform statistical analysis of the experimental contained within documents. new external framework allows researchers to integrate their into without modifying codebase. Installed provide point-and-click access downstream processed in Skyline. also specifies uniform interface format installation Tool developers can now easily share with Availability implementation: available as single-click self-updating web at http://skyline.maccosslab.org. This Web site provides installable documentation. Contact: brendanx@u.washington.edu Supplementary information: Data are Bioinformatics online.
