ABSTRACT
Pharmacogenomics holds great promise for the development of biomarkers drug response and design new therapeutic options, which are key challenges in precision medicine. However, such data scattered lack standards efficient access analysis, consequently preventing realization full potential pharmacogenomics. To address these issues, we implemented PharmacoGx, an easy-to-use, open source package integrative analysis multiple pharmacogenomic datasets. We demonstrate utility our comparing large sensitivity datasets, as Genomics Drug Sensitivity Cancer Cell Line Encyclopedia. Moreover, show how to use easily perform Connectivity Map analysis. With increasing availability drug-related data, will avenues research meta-analysis data.PharmacoGx is R can be installed on any system.
