ABSTRACT
Abstract Motivation The behavior of a protein is encoded in its sequence, which can be used to predict distinct features such as secondary structure, intrinsic disorder or amphipathicity. Integrating these and other help explain the context-dependent proteins. However, most tools focus on single aspect, hampering holistic understanding structure. Here, we present Fast Estimator Latent Local Structure (FELLS) visualize structural from sequence. FELLS provides disorder, aggregation low complexity predictions well estimated local propensities including A novel fast estimator structure (FESS) also trained provide response. calculations required for are extremely suited large-scale analysis while providing detailed difficult cases. Availability Implementation web server available URL: http://protein.bio.unipd.it/fells/. exposes RESTful functionality allowing programmatic prediction requests.
