ABSTRACT
Abstract Cancer stem cells (CSCs) are a small heterogeneous population present within the tumor exhibiting self-renewal properties. CSCs have been demonstrated to elicit an important role in cancer recurrence, metastasis and drug resistance. distinguished from cell populations based on their molecular profiling or expression of distinct CSC biomarker(s). Recently, huge amount omics data generated for characterization CSCs, which enables distinguishing different cancers. Here, we report biomarkers Stem Cells database (BCSCdb), repository information about biomarkers. BCSCdb comprises collected PubMed literature where these identified using high-throughput low-throughput methods. Each biomarker is provided with two scores: first confidence score give reported experimental method detection CSCs. The second global identify across 10 types cancer. This contains three tables containing experimentally validated genes, therapeutic target genes interactions. It markers: marker (HTM-8307), by (283) (LTM-525). A total 171 were primary tissue referred as clinical Moreover, it 445 therapeutics, targeted trial drugs 5 interaction online resource biomarkers, will be immensely helpful research community freely available.
