ABSTRACT
Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is an established treatment for heart failure. There contradictory evidence whether defibrillator capability improves prognosis in patients receiving CRT. We compared the survival of undergoing de novo implantation a CRT with (CRT-D) option and pacemaker (CRT-P) large health claims database.
