ABSTRACT
Abstract Objectives Curcumin is a promising nutraceutical with reported diverse therapeutic properties, but of limited oral bioavailability. The current manuscript investigates the role encapsulation curcumin in nanoemulsion form counteracting adverse effect chronic ingestion high-fat high-fructose diet (HFHF) by juvenile male rats regarding testicular abnormalities and declined spermatogenesis. Methods was administered orally to Wistar at dose 5 or 10 mg/kg compared powder, followed pharmacological histological assessment. Key findings Results demonstrated that superior particularly enhancing percentage progressive motility spermatozoa, normalization essential non-essential amino acids semen, serum leptin testosterone levels, as well oxidative nitrosative parameters. It also proven reduce DNA fragmentation, while elevating cellular energy. In addition, induced highest level spermatogenesis, delineated examination seminiferous tubules. Conclusions can be concluded successfully ameliorates effects HFHF on
